There is roughly about 1 net carb per ball with 2 grams of carbs and1 gram of fiber. This makes these balls a PERFECT snack for anyone that is keto!

To make this recipe dairy free, feel free to swap out the cheese for nutritional yeast and the butter for ghee or oil.

Tools and Supplies

I made these in the oven but you can make them in an air fryer as well. Unfortunately, I am not cool yet and do not own an air fryer, but having one will give it a crispier texture!

  • oven or air fryer
  • mixing bowls
  • mixing spoons
  • silicone mat and baking sheet for oven

How to Make Spinach Balls?

Making these balls is fairly simple! Firstly add all the dry ingredients (parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder salt, and pepper) into a mixing bowl.

Then thaw your spinach using a microwave or stove. It does not need ton. be fully cooked. when it is not too hot to the touch, squeeze the water out of the spinach by making it. into a ball. I used paper towels to help me soak up the water.

Add your spinach to t he dry ingredients.

Melt your butter and add it to the mix.

Crack the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk them up. Then add to the mixing bowl.

Preheat your oven to 350F. On a lined cookie sheet make 1 inch balls.

Add the Keto Spinach Balls to the cookie sheet and. bake for 20 minutes

Keto Spinach Rolls

Ingredients

  • 10 oz spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 egs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add your dry ingredieents into a mixing bowl and stir.
  • Thaw your spinach using a microwave if frozen. If not, cook your spinach quickly in a medium pot.
  • When it is not too hot, squeeze the water out of th. spinach by making it into a ball. You can also use paper towles to soak up some water.
  • Add the spinach to the dry ingredients.
  • Next, melt your butter andd pour it into the mix.
  • Crack the eggs in a sepsrate bowl and whisk them together. Then add them to the bowl.
  • Then mix everything together so that the ingredients are evenly distributeed. v
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • On. baking mat, make your balls
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
