Greek Yogurt Brownie Batter

Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup protein powder chocolate or vanilla both work
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until a thick, brownie-batter-like dough forms.
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes if you want it thicker, or eat immediately for a softer batter texture.
