Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Slice the rolls. Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected).
Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Make the filling. In a bowl, mix, softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cream, salt
Spread the filling evenly over the bottom layer of rolls. Place the top layer back on.
Add buttery topping (this is KEY). Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Brush or pour over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, until: tops are golden and filling is melted and gooey
Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until creamy and pourable.
Spread or drizzle glaze over the warm rolls.
