Gooey Fudgy Brownie Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt slightly larger pinch
  • 4 tbsp chocolate chips
  • Optional: 2 tbsp extra chocolate for the center

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl or large mug, melt the butter (about 30–40 seconds).
  • Stir in the milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  • For an extra gooey center, press additional chocolate into the middle.
  • Microwave for 60–90 seconds depending on your microwave and desired texture.
