Funfetti Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk plus more as needed
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • cups 190 g all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup rainbow sprinkles jimmies only
  • Optional: ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Heat Treat the Flour

  • Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5–7 minutes, then let cool completely.

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add milk and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • Add heat-treated flour and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Fold in sprinkles (and white chocolate chips if using).
  • Adjust texture:
  • Add 1 tsp milk if too thick
  • Add 1 tbsp flour if too soft
  • Chill for 15–20 minutes if you want a thicker scoopable texture, or eat immediately.
