Add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend again until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in oat flour until a thick, fudgy cookie dough texture forms.
Stir in mini chocolate chips until evenly combined.
For a thicker brownie batter texture, chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
