Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend again until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Stir in oat flour until a thick, fudgy cookie dough texture forms.
  • Stir in mini chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  • For a thicker brownie batter texture, chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
