In a medium bowl, stir together oats, protein powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
If it’s too dry, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it comes together.
Stir in mini chocolate chips and Christmas M&Ms until evenly distributed.
Use a small cookie scoop or your hands to roll dough into 1-inch balls.
You should get about 12–14 balls.
Place on a lined plate or tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
