Cadbury Egg Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups oat flour blend oats if needed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 –4 tbsp milk as needed for texture
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Cadbury Mini Eggs roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, and salt.
  • Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough is soft and scoopable.
  • Fold in chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  • Scoop and roll into balls.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
