Vegan Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (sugar free)
  • 1/2 cup smaert sugar (Miss Jones)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Cream your softened butter and your sugar togehter until creamy. Next beat in your vanilla extract.
  • Combine your flour and mix well. Lastly, add in your chocoalte chips.
  • Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper and press your batter into the pan. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
