Look at that bite !!

Honestly, making these no bake cinnamon donut holes kind of just happened. I didn’t even plan for them to come out that great, but let me tell you when I rolled these bad boys into Lakanto’s Baking Sugar … BOOM. LIFE MADE. GAME CHANGER.

This was my first time using that particular sweetener and boy did it deliver. My mom who claims to not like monk fruit, took a bite out of these balls and LITERALLY THOUGHT IT WAS ROLLED IN POWDERED SUGAR.

Storage

I find that these balls keep the best when stored in the fridge or freezer for a longer life. They can stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week and the freezer for a month.
