This healthy apple crumble is warmly spiced. The apples are soft and tender, and it’s oat topping is crunchy and crumbly. It tastes a bit less sweet than your traditional apple pie, since it only has a little bit of added coconut sugar.

Apple Crumble Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Oat & Flour Crumble

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350F.
  • In a bowl, mix oats, flour, melted and sugar. Mix with a spoon until a crumble is formed. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add chopped apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, vanilla extract & sugar. Mix until the apples are fully coated with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla.
  • Add your apple mixture to a ramkein and then top with your crumble.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and let them cool for 5 minutes.
